Refund Policy
All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non returnable.
We currently do not accept any form of exchange and returns, unless at an event, it is a fault at our own part. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us. All that exchange items will be subject to the availability of the current stocks. Customer will be suggested to exchanged to other items if the exchange items out of stock.
Return/Exchange items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 3 days of being received (for both local and international orders).
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewellery, bags and hair accessories are non-returnable too. All goods sold are not refundable.
